An on-stage conversation produced in the Radio Maine tradition, with a visiting artist, healer, or thinker. Available as a standalone event or as part of a larger gathering. Past events have been held in partnership with the Portland Art Gallery and with a range of community, academic, and cultural hosts across Maine.

Hosted retreats at the intersection of medicine, art, and the seasons. Time in a landscape with a small group, shaped around reading, conversation, and rest. Each Escape is designed for the week it inhabits: Spring retreats hold the Wood phase; Summer retreats hold the Fire phase; Autumn holds Metal; Winter, Water. The work is contemplative and embodied, grounded in Five Phase theory and integrative medicine, without being strictly clinical.
