Who I am

I'm Kristen

I'm a best-selling author, intentional living coach, and spiritual entrepreneur behind the The Soul-Led Path.

I spent years doing all the things, checking all the "right" boxes, and spinning in different directions without ever really feeling aligned with what I truly felt would give me meaning.

OnceI gave myself the space to go within and connect with who I truly was, I became so much more balanced and aligned.

I got clear on what made me really happy, and I made the time and space to enjoy moments where I could fill my cup and connect with who I truly was.

And now I realize the importance of building an intentional life where every piece is deliberate in helping you grow while staying centered as the most authentic version of yourself that you can be.

So I've combined my years of being a PMP (Project Management Professional), my background in art and design, being an Energy Leadership coach, a CCHP (Certified Chakra Healing Practitioner), and my experience through my own life and working with many other multi-passionate, heart-centered women on their own goals and dreams.

And I'm here to help you shape a more conscious way of living so that you can feel more confident, connected, happy, and completely grateful every single day.

You'll get a welcome email giving you access to our program dashboard when you sign up, and you'll also be emailed the details to join our private Facebook group community right away.

There will be several content modules in the program area waiting for you to explore and dive into it whenever you're ready to start. Then, the remainder of the modules will open up to you over the following weeks so that you have time to focus your energy on each section. Plus, each module contains downloadable materials that are yours to keep forever once you get to that module.

All of your program content will be housed in our online platform where you will be able to create a username and password. Within the platform, you can access the videos, downloadable guidebooks, rituals, and all other content provided. 

The Facebook group will also be a place for you to gather with other members of our community, share intentions and achievements, and also join us in any meet-ups or other live video chats.
